The U.S. Anti-Doping Agency is housed in a coral-colored stucco
building in a nondescript industrial park on Tenderfoot Hill Street
in Colorado Springs.
There is no sign outside. But these days, the organization's name
and reputation blares like neon.
USADA played a pivotal role in what might wind up as the biggest
drug bust in sports history. In turn, USADA has started to fix the
