DEAR MARCIA: I would like a dip recipe I once found in Ohio. It
was made with Cheez Whiz and served in a pumpernickel bowl, but I
don't remember the other ingredients.

Following are the only Cheez Whiz dip recipes I could procure -
from cookbooks, files or the Kraft Kitchens, makers of this product:
Though none is specifically served in a bread bowl, there's no reason
why you couldn't do so.
Note: Kraft suggests stirring any of the following into dips for
texture, color, flavor or a kick: finely chopped onions, chili sauce,
hot pepper sauce, bacon bits, salsa or minced jalapeo peppers. Other
options are minced chives or the green part of scallions, diced red ...
