Anthony Jimenez's fate is in the hands of a jury, again.
This time, however, the stakes aren't quite as high.
Jurors heard closing arguments Tuesday in the trial of Jimenez,
who's accused of kidnapping, raping and killing 16-year-old Jennifer
Baker of Colorado Springs more than three years ago.
Jimenez, 26, faces life in prison without parole if convicted of
first-degree murder in Baker's death. He's also charged with
kidnapping, rape and conspiracy.
Jimenez and Michael Easton, 24, abducted Baker -- a random victim -
- from central Colorado Springs and took her to a campsite near
Divide where they raped her, Deputy District Attorney Dave Young told
jurors.
