Bread
has nourished civilization since YHWH cast Adam and Eve out of the
garden and told them "In the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread."
Growing and grinding grain for flour encouraged wandering tribes
to settle down. The nutritious loaves allowed them to build cities,
develop crafts and produce such monuments to the human spirit as the
pyramids, Mozart's sonatas and quick Internet loan consolidation.
Today, bread forms the foundation of our food pyramid. Bread truly
