QUESTION: I'm inquiring about the property east of Lexington Drive along the south side of Briargate Parkway to the Union Boulevard intersection, which was deeded to the city by La Plata Investments (as required) and master planned as a 110-acre regional park called John Venezia Park.

Now that a mouse mitigation plan is in place and road construction has finally commenced, The Gazette has detailed firm development plans for each corner of Briargate Parkway and Union except for this property.
