The first step in giving your house a Parade of Homes makeover:
Name its design.
Choose something that tells passerby that you're somebody: The
Summit, perhaps. Or maybe The Flagship.
The next step: Visit the 38 homes on display through Sunday, and
see how the big boys and girls decorate.
We visited several of the homes and talked to designers who worked
on them, searching for decorating and design trends that can
translate from a $1.9 million estate to a more modest home.
Here are their tips to make your home Parade-worthy:
