Nothing could make me happier this week than seeing figure skating dogged by scandal. I can barely contain my glee as I type the words. Normally, it depresses me to see figure skating take over the Winter Games, as is almost always the case. It really isn't a winter competition, you know; it's a grand celebration of figure skating, which on occasion is interrupted on TV by a profile of a bobsledder. So please excuse me if I'm over the moon because at this very moment figure skating looks like a circus.
