"I just love Philadelphia cheese steaks," said Christopher Roth,
owner of Buffalo Philly's in Woodbridge's Opitz Shopping Center. "I
grew up experimenting with them," both at home and when working on
grills at other restaurants.
At one restaurant, he said, he "was more of a butcher." He grilled
meat scraps, seasoned them and people liked the results.
So it's natural that Roth, 36, who was raised in Woodbridge,
opened his first restaurant with Philly cheese steaks sharing center
stage with buffalo chicken wings -- hence the name Buffalo Philly's.
The simple menu includes chicken sandwiches, subs, salads, chicken
