Several condominium conversions are under way in the East Rogers
Park and West Rogers Park neighborhoods.
"Many home shoppers are looking for an affordable alternative to
more expensive North Side neighborhoods," said Charles Huzenis,
president of Jameson Realty Group, which is the exclusive marketing
and sales agent for several developments in the area.
East Rogers Park is bordered by Howard on the north, Ridge on the
west, Devon on the south and Lake Michigan on the east.
"In East Rogers Park, many buildings sit along the beachfront.
The neighborhood is the only Chicago community with direct access to
