Article: Oklahoma City hotels put on game face for upcoming Big 12 basketball tournaments

In preparation for the massive influx of visitors for the Big 12 basketball tournaments in Oklahoma City next month, Sheraton hotel marketing director Matt Cowden has some good advice for hoteliers.

"We've got to be aware of which teams are playing at any time and who your guests are - where they're coming from, who they're supporting, where they're going - and really keeping your eye on the ball, literally, of how the tournament is progressing," he said.
