LOS ANGELES (UPI) An appearance by Vice President George Bush as a crime-fighting sidekick on "Miami Vice" was being pursued by a member of Bush's staff, it was reported yesterday.

And "Miami Vice" officials are considering the idea, the Los Angeles Herald Examiner reported.

"They are?" Bush's press secretary, Marlin Fitzwater, reportedly said when informed that "Miami Vice" officials were interested.

"We haven't even mentioned it to the vice president yet," ...
