NEW YORK Anthony Rudolph Oaxaca Quinn, a virile monument to mind over such earthly matters as age, was packing his bags for still another tour of the popular musical, "Zorba." This tour will be his last, he vowed.

Surrounded by the dramatic sculptures and paintings he has created as his life's second vocation, Anthony Quinn was cheerful about the prospect of spending eight more grueling months in his most famous role of screen and stage - Zorba the Greek, the wise peasant with an enormous appetite for life.
