America's pornographers are under attack, and the American Civil
Liberties Union is, as usual, fearful for our constitutional
freedoms.
At issue this time are the recommendations of the Attorney
General's Commission on Pornography. Never mind the details. Just
get the big picture (sigh): Once again the ACLU is taking a stand
against an attempt to preserve what used to be called public morals.
Abortion, school prayer, pornography: No matter what the specifics,
you know in advance which side the ACLU will be on.
Pardon my transition, but I noticed the other day that Mr. Lee
