Moments after the NFL released its 1986 schedule yesterday, the world champion Bears were releasing steam.

The Bears were unhappy because they must go on the road the Sunday after all three of their scheduled Monday Night Football appearances.

"League-imposed parity," sniffed Bear defensive lineman Dan Hampton. "It stinks."

Two Monday games (Green Bay Sept. 22 and Detroit Dec. 15) are road games. The Bears' home Monday nighter features the Los Angeles Rams Nov. 3 in a rematch of last season's NFC championship game.
