Built-ins, mirrored walls and textured surfaces combine to transform
empty space at the Apartments at Onterie Center, 441 E. Erie, into an
attractive and functional city residence.
Nancy Sublette, president of Sublette Design Group at 430 W.
Erie, decorated three models in the building, which includes office
and retail space.
The well-organized space in the convertible unit provides for
all the functions that a single professional living alone needs to
sleep, work, eat, dine and entertain comfortably.
The unit is decorated in a post-modern scheme of white, teal and
woodrose tones.
A queen-size platform bed is covered with a natural canvas
comforter and has hand-painted throw pillows ...
