If you want to see Harvey Korman at his brightest and funniest, then
catch some "Carol Burnett Show" reruns. Korman's latest project,
"Leo & Liz in Beverly Hills," premiering this evening over CBS,
WBBM-Channel 2 from 7:30 to 8, gives new meaning to down and out.
This is an abominable sit-com. Korman and Valerie Perrine
struggle through a half-hour that seems more like a dour Ingmar
Bergman film rather than a comedy produced by Steve Martin. Come to
