Burnside Construction Co. is celebrating the opening of its second
phase at Mistwood, a planned 125-unit town house subdivision in west
suburban Downers Grove.
The luxury residential community is Burnside's first venture
into the high-tech, Oak Brook business corridor and is fast becoming
one of the home building firm's most successful.
In the first phase, 39 homes were sold before models opened.
Today, sales have hit the halfway mark.
