To the Hawthorn Realty Group, the severe problems in leasing
suburban office space are rumor, not fact.
The company will welcome its first tenants at the O'Hare
International Center in Rosemont Nov. 1 and start another project in
the same area about the same time.
In two other developments, office buildings will be available
ahead of schedule at the almost fully leased Tri-State International
Office Center in Lincolnshire and the East-West Technological Center
in Naperville.
In Lincolnshire and Naperville, the latest buildings will be the
third of a planned series of structures, and both are in good shape
on pre-leasing.
