The Emilia-Romagna region of Italy is, without a doubt, a food
lover's paradise, a region of plenty that sparks with culinary
excitement. Even people from other regions of Italy sigh and admit,
albeit somberly, that Emilia-Romagna "has it all."
The gastronomic epicenter of Emilia-Romagna is Bologna, a
beautiful city of porticos and towers, a city whose buildings flirt
with the sunlight. Changing hues of sienna, burnt orange, dusty
rose and rich reds play color games with the eyes. It's a great
