Article: For the Record; Here's how some major bills fared recently in Congress, and how local congressional members voted, as provided by Thomas's Roll Call Report Syndicate. NV means Not Voting.

The House voted to allow unrestricted travel to Cuba in keeping with the constitutional right of U.S. citizens to travel freely. The amendment was added to a bill (HR 5120) appropriating $35.1 billion for the Treasury Department, White House, U.S. Postal Service and other agencies in fiscal 2003.

A yes vote backed unrestricted travel.
