Take it from a pro who has applied makeup to some of the most
beautiful faces in the world:
"Proper cleaning, toning, and moisturing are the three most
important things you will ever do for your skin."
That advice is straight from a new book, Making Up by Rex,
written by Diana Lewis Jewell (Clarkson N. Potter, Inc., $19.95)
which will tell you how to make the most of what you have if you're
willing to work at it. You may think that putting on makeup requires
skill, but taking it off any old way is fine as long as you get it
