How does 7-Up taste in a cake? Just fine, as you'll find out if
you try the recipes in this week's Swap Shop. We have two that use
the carbonated beverage. One is a "from scratch" cake; the other a
"convenience" recipe. The 7-Up lends a slight tart taste to either
recipe. Use room temperature 7-Up, or you may have trouble with the
recipes. The first cake will work better if made with an electric
mixer.
