The Briar Hill model at the Kennedy Group's new Steeplechase
subdivision in northwest suburban Barrington combines a traditional
exterior with a contemporary interior.
The up-to-date features include a volume entry, an eat-in
gourmet kitchen, a spa-like master bath and a master bedroom suite
that is separated from three other bedrooms for privacy.
The two-story Briar Hill, the top-of-the-line home at
Steeplechase, has 3,400 square feet of living space, three bedrooms
and a base price of $256,400.
Thirty-five homes will be built on the site, which is located on
20 wooded acres just north of downtown Barrington.
