Hello, everybody, this is Harry Caray.
Yes, it's really me, talking to you from my home in Palm
Springs where I'm recovering from that stroke I had over the winter.
Ron Rapoport called me the other day and said since he was
going to help broadcast the Cub game for me on WGN radio and
television today it seemed only fair that I should write his column.
Frankly, I think the reason he asked me to sit in for him is
he's too nervous about going coast to coast on the cable to sit down
and write anything himself. But I said I'd be happy to do it and
I'll tell you what. The Sun-Times is going to get a better column
out of the deal than WGN will get a broadcast. Ah Hah Hah Hah.
