POINTE-A-PITRE, Guadeloupe The seven stars in the Big Dipper were bright, but no competition for the lights of Guadeloupe. To two awe-struck observers aboard the Fairsky, cruising the Caribbean at night, the French island glowed like a galaxy suspended in space.
