Now and then almost every one of us spends a night in which
sleep is elusive. The next morning we often feel as if we we did not
sleep at all. No doubt our sleep was disturbed, but very few people
actually go through a whole night without any sleep at all.
Disturbed sleep or intermittent sleep is a problem that can
affect behavior and daily work, no matter what our occupation.
Most people with disturbed sleep patterns put up with it for a
while and then they head for the pharmacy and purchase an advertised
sleep product. These nonprescription sleep aids usually contain an
