Although we may not put the lawn mower away until November, it
isn't too early to start thinking about snow removal.
Aircamp Industries Corp., manufacturers of the Snow Champ line
of snowthrowers, has some tips for selecting the proper type of
snowblower.
Snowthrowers are either auger-type or paddle-type; powered by
electricity or gasoline, and one-stage or two-stage.
These basic recommendations may help you select a thrower that
will match the job and the user:
If 10 inches or more of snow frequently need to be removed, a
gasoline powered auger-type snowthrower is probably the right
