Paul, 12, has been in foster care since 1982. He has a slight
build, dark hair and wears glasses.
Paul definitely is a curious child. He has his own set of
wrenches and loves looking at the engine of a car. Taking things
apart to see how they work is a favorite pastime for him. Paul is
working on his bike to make it run more smoothly.
Paul lives in a children's home so he can receive the counseling
he needs. Even though he is a very smart child, his early life
experiences give him few reasons to trust adults. He tends to be
anxious and finds new situations stressful. Although Paul craves
one-on-one affection and attention, he is unable to return that
affection.
