Article: Still without agency, Gallo talking with Chicago shops

E.& J. Gallo Winery, still searching for an ad agency to handle its $75 million account, now is contacting some Chicago shops for inclusion in the review.

Tatham-Laird & Kudner is one agency known to have piqued Gallo's interest, even while three agencies are actively engaged in pitching the business.

Several TLK executives, including chief creative officer Ralph Rydholm, have worked on the challenging Gallo account at other agencies. Rydholm's Gallo stint was during his tenure at J. Walter Thompson Co.
