Inherit the Wind (STAR) (STAR) (STAR) (STAR) Henry Drummond Jason Robards Matthew Brady Kirk Douglas NBC presents a drama directed by David Greene, adapted for television by John Gay. Airs from 8 to 10 p.m. Sunday over WMAQ-Channel 5.

It's a story that's been around for more than 30 years, and yet "Inherit the Wind" never may be more timely than it is today.

For this is a story dealing with two powerful themes: the unbridled influence of those who hide behind the Bible to draw the masses and - perhaps even more important - freedom to express unpopular thoughts.
