Kirk Douglas is more than an actor. He is a living part of
Hollywood's history - our history. He is a cornerstone of our
culture - the quintessential hero, rebel, loner, man of honor.
He is a true movie star in an industry that churns them out and
eats them up like so many flavors of the month. And like so many of
