Q. I would like to move south after I get my degree in home
economics this year and become a color consultant in Atlanta. Can
you suggest the best color consulting firms?
A. Dress and color consultants typically work one-on-one with
the client, doing wardrobe planning, closet inventory and color
analysis. They make recommendations on makeup, skin care and hair
styling.
Image consulting is a personal services field including color,
dress, speech and executive etiquette counselors.
Except for speech-consulting firms, whose service fees come
chiefly from corporate clients, the entire field has thinned down,
