Article: `Tracker' picks up the trail of traditional Western movie

Let's face it, in the entire history of the Western movie genre, there have been maybe 1,000 films made, perhaps easily even more.

Yet they all virtually revolve around three basic themes: cowboys and Indians, the evil land baron, and that all-time favorite, the man of peace forced to return to his violent past to right a wrong.

So we should not be surprised or disappointed that tomorrow night's HBO movie, "The Tracker," picks ...
