Article: Correspondence school flunks out // Fellowship Club leaves bad feelings

Dear Action Time: A correspondence school of design seems to have designs on my hide - and my wallet, too.

Sheffield School of Design in New York has been sending me a $448 bill that I do not owe. This bill, for tuition, was paid in October, 1986, but it doesn't do any good protesting; the notices keep coming.

I wish I could make this easy. But then, if I had a paid receipt, I wouldn't need Action Time to help. You see, when I did pay up, I asked the school to send a receipt. It never did, and I let the matter slide. I guess now that I shouldn't have, should I?
