Article: New development for Lincolnwood // Carson's, Madigan's to anchor 70-store enclosed shopping mall

A major development with a variety of real estate uses was
started Wednesday in north suburban Lincolnwood, highlighted by a
430,000-square-foot enclosed shopping mall.
It will be completed in stages over the next four years.
The 72-acre Lincolnwood Town Center will boast Carson Pirie
Scott as a 125,000-square-foot lead tenant and Madigan's as a second
anchor with 104,000 square feet at a site on the southwest corner of
Touhy Avenue and McCormick Boulevard in the north suburb.
Carson's had not previously confirmed it would be part of the
center, though the Chicago Sun-Times had reported that probability
last year. Carson's will anchor the southeast side of the mall on
both levels. ...
