Chef David Schy of Hat Dance will demonstrate several ceviche
recipes during the free noon class Saturday at the Chicago Fish
House, 1250 W. Division. Recipe cards are provided. Call 227-7000.
LATIN'S COOKING: Registration has begun for the fall
adult-education programs sponsored by the Latin School. The more
than 20 food-related courses include those conducted by chefs from
Scoozi, Spiaggia, Ditka's, Le Cochonnet and other restaurants.
