It's time to get your nose back into the books, wine books, that
is, and into some wine glasses as well. To augment your studies,
consider enrolling in fall wine classes.
Classes at the Chicago Wine School are geared to all interests
and palates. Patrick Fegan structured four levels for students:
Beginning One, which starts Wednesday, Nov. 16 and costs $120;
Beginning Two, Thursday, Nov. 17, $130; Intermediate - the Wines of
France, Tuesday, Nov. 15, $150, and Advanced - the Wines of
Burgundy, $225. All classes start at 6:30 p.m. and go until about 8
