While Sting the rock star is singing to raise money for Amnesty
International, Sting the wrestling star is showing no mercy to his
opponents in the ring.
With his war-painted face, heavy-metal haircut and "scorpion
death lock" submission hold, the ferocious Sting isn't likely to be
mistaken for a pop balladeer who croons about love, peace and
worldwide understanding. The National Wrestling Alliance's version
of Sting is a rowdy roughneck who has more in common with the Beastie
Boys and their raucous anthem, "You Gotta Fight for the Right to
Party."
