Decorative artist Doris Lundsten of Wauconda, who makes
handcrafted "heirloom" eggs, is taking custom orders for holiday
delivery. Lundsten, who applies braid, jewelry and other materials
to goose, duck and rhea eggs, will appear next weekend at Mangel
Gifts, 421 Robert Parker Coffin Road, Long Grove.
She will be at the shop from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday and
noon to 4 p.m. Sunday. Call 634-3731 for more information.

spirits and appetizers in "Spirited Holiday Entertaining with Ease,"
