Leftover-turkey sandwiches are history, the pumpkin pie is kaput
and suddenly zippers are getting harder to close all over America.
With another month of holiday eating looming in the future, it's easy
to get panicky. It's also just as easy to check out a new exercise
video.
Although exercise tapes have been phenomenally successful ever
since Jane Fonda's first, breakthrough "Workout" tape, sales usually
heat up during the holiday season. Then, after grim reality hits and
New Year's Day resolutions go into effect, sales peak again in
January and February.
