The first chef in Great Cooks & Their Books series, Jamie Oliver,
will conduct a master class at the Four Seasons Hotel in Georgetown
on Monday, creating these recipes from his new book, "Happy Days With
the Naked Chef" (Hyperion, 2002) and "The Naked Chef Takes Off"
(Hyperion, 2001). This series is sponsored by The Washington Post,
Borders Books & Music and the Four Seasons Hotel. Though the class
and the dinner and demonstration Monday night are both sold out,
video of the master class will be online beginning Oct. 30. Clip
these recipes today, then go to www.washingtonpost.com next Wednesday
and cook along with the Naked Chef. Recipes will also be available
online.
