Low-rise condominium models are open for viewing at Chasemoor of
Burr Ridge, a 201-unit development in west suburban Burr Ridge.
The developers, Metropolitan Life Insurance Co. and Burr Ridge
Associates, said there are unfurnished models of two-story
town-house-style condos and furnished models of single-level floor
plans.
Chasemoor has five two- and three-bedroom plans with 2 to 3 1/2
baths and 1,665 to 2,800 square feet of living area. Base prices
range from $220,650 to $453,000.
Units are clustered on tree-lined courtyards. Extensive
landscaping, including 11 ponds, will add to the privacy of each
unit. Sixty-five percent of the 42.5-acre subdivision will remain
open space.
