Writer Dorothy Parker said that eternity is two people and a
ham.
But, when you're feeding a crowd, a ham is just what you want,
according to Susan Costner, cookbook author and consultant for Wilson
Extra Lean ham.
"The more people you have, the less time you have to make
something complex. You don't want to do a lot of fussy food for a
crowd," said Costner, who will be doing a simple Easter ham menu for
her family, which includes a 2 1/2-year-old and a 3-week-old.
