Article: China army hints troops set to move on students

BEIJING China's official media charged today that the students
occupying central Beijing were counter-revolutionaries, raising fears
among the students that army units would soon attempt to move in.
Radio Beijing's morning newscast carried the text of a message
from army leaders calling on all troops to follow the orders of the
party and study the directives of Premier Li Peng.
"A small group of people are creating chaos with the aim of
rejecting the leadership of the Chinese Communist Party and rejecting
the socialist system," the message said.
