When a woman hears she's pregnant, and the baby is wanted, two
thoughts spring to her mind: "Will it be a boy or a girl?" and
"What's going to happen to my body?"
"Kathy Smith's Pregnancy Workout" (Fox Hills Video, $29.95)
can't answer the first question, but it gives some pretty good
information about the second. In the most interesting tape of
Smith's exercise series, she gives detailed information on how to
care for a body that's undergoing dramatic changes.
The tape begins with doctors and health experts explaining the
benefits of exercising during pregnancy. But, as Smith points out,
pre-natal exercise isn't merely toned-down aerobics; exercises must
