Measuring both across and up, buyers get a lot of space in the
Ash, a two-story town house in west suburban Darien.
The least-expensive unit at Darien Pointe has 1,524 square feet
of living space and volume ceilings above the first-floor living area
and second-floor master suite.
The Ash is priced from $121,900 in the development of 53 town
houses. It's available either as a middle unit or a premium end
unit. More than half the 30 homes sold are now occupied.
"A two-bedroom, 2 1/2-bath town house with more than 1,500
square feet of space, plus an attached two-car garage, for only
