Mention "the high seas" these days and people may assume you are
referring to the price of cruise cabins. But with discount rates
available for booking early, booking late, being single, having kids,
growing older - any number of facts of life - there is hardly a
reason for anyone to pay full price for a cruise.
Whether you are heading for your first sailing or your 50th,
always ask at the outset what reductions are possible - or make sure
your travel agent asks when booking.
Chances are you'll qualify for one or more discounts, which
generally range from 5 percent to 50 percent off brochure rates.
