A suit filed Monday in Circuit Court seeks unspecified damages
in the Feb. 21 death of a cabdriver killed when 3 tons of concrete
fell from the 30th floor of a Gold Coast construction project.
The suit was filed by attorney Robert A. Clifford on behalf of
Kyu Sung In and the four children of her husband, South Korean native
Choong Soo In, who had lived in Chicago for 17 years.
According to the suit, In was driving westbound near 141 E.
