The flexible Brighton model at Abbey Woods, a town house
development in Lombard, appeals to young professionals because it
meets their space and lifestyle needs.
"The Brighton is a traditional two-bedroom town house with an
optional loft or third bedroom that lives like a single-family home,"
said Marsha B. Elliott, executive vice president and partner of the
Terrestris Development Co.
"It is not something you will grow out of easily. It has an
open floor plan with lots of volume space and windows, and all the
things people want including a basement, which is very rare in a town
house, and an attached two-car garage."
