Give me macaroni and cheese or give me nothing. OK, so that
isn't what Patrick Henry said as a child. But when the weather
outside is frigid, few foods are as comforting or in as great demand
as a steaming plate of creamy macaroni and cheese.
And in case nouvelle cuisine, kiwi soup and other food fads
slipped by you, real food, like macaroni and cheese, once again is
the darling of culinary divas. For those who always stay a step
ahead of the latest trends, "mac and cheese" never left the table -
it just underwent a facial reconstruction.
And for those who say it would be heresy to serve anything but
